I. Overview
(1) Purpose: This equipment is used for the assembly of the core components of plate-type evaporators. The equipment features automatic alignment and placement of aluminum flat tubes, as well as manual distribution of fin strips. It performs clamping and installation of D-tube assemblies. All operations—including tube alignment, core clamping, and D-tube assembly installation—are driven by servo motors, ensuring precise movements, high reliability, and easy adjustment.
(2) Workpiece Size Range Adaptation: (The following parameters are based on the drawings provided by the user.)
1. Range of spacing between the two D-shaped tube assemblies: A = 160–350 mm
2. Fin width: 39mm
3. Fin wave height: 6 ± 0.03 mm
4. Number of flat tubes in a horizontal-flow evaporator: ≤58 tubes (≤116 tubes for double-row arrangement)
5. Width of flat tubes in the horizontal-flow evaporator: 17mm
6. Thickness of flat tubes in the horizontal-flow evaporator: 1.8 ± 0.05 mm;
7. Spacing between flat tubes in a horizontal-flow evaporator: 7.8mm
