I. Purpose of the Equipment:
The zinc-aluminum flat-tube coil used in automotive air-conditioning parallel-flow condensers and household microchannel heat exchangers is automatically fed—after undergoing processes such as leveling, straightening, necking, cutting, breaking, and collecting—at each station to produce straight sections of uniform dimensions.
II. Main Technical Parameters of the Equipment:
⑴ Applicable materials: Width (12–40) mm, thickness (1.0–3) mm;
⑵. Applicable coil material: Outer diameter φ (1000–1300) mm; inner diameter φ (450–550) mm
⑶. Cutting length: (150–4000) mm
⑷ Feed rate: >140 pieces/min; (L=500mm);
⑸. Cutting length accuracy: < ±0.1 mm; (L = 500 mm);
⑹. Precision of the flattened tube cross-section after straightening: Thickness tolerance within ±0.02 mm; width tolerance within ±0.02 mm.
(7) Precision of the entire flat tube after straightening: Longitudinal bending tolerance is 0.4 mm/800 mm; lateral bending tolerance is 0.3 mm/800 mm.
