Automatically punches long slots in the manifold. During production, workers manually insert the fixed-length aluminum tubes onto the semi-core shaft and then activate the operation button. The machine automatically performs the following processes: positioning, core insertion, clamping, oil lubrication, pressing, vibration, core extraction, lifting, and material removal. Lubrication is provided by an indoor spray lubrication system, ensuring both the quality of the machined parts and the longevity of the cutting tools. When machining manifold pipes of different diameters, the corresponding core molds and cutting tools can be easily replaced.
