I. Purpose of the Equipment:
The specially shaped radiator aluminum flat-tube coil material undergoes the following processing steps—leveling, straightening, cutting, breaking, and collecting—to be automatically formed into straight sections of uniform size.
II. Main Technical Parameters of the Equipment:
⑴ Applicable materials: thickness t = 4–20 mm, width w = 30–225 mm; this machine is equipped with one set of tooling for t = 10 mm; other specification molds must be ordered separately.
⑵. Feed length: 200–900 mm per feed; if cutting long pipes is required, the machine can be switched to a mode that uses multiple feeds to achieve a single-cut operation.
⑶ Feed rate: 60 pieces/min; (L=500mm);
