I. Overview
(1) Purpose: This equipment is used for the assembly of automotive radiator core assemblies. The equipment automatically arranges aluminum flat tubes and distributes heat fins, and then performs clamping and main-plate installation operations. The entire process—arranging the flat tubes, clamping the core assembly, and installing the main plate—is driven by servo motors and cylinders, ensuring precise movements, high reliability, and easy adjustment.
