The automotive air-conditioning parallel-flow condenser uses zinc-aluminum flat-tube coil stock, which undergoes processes including straightening, leveling, cutting, and breaking to automatically produce straight sections of uniform dimensions.
⑴. Applicable Materials: w16 ~ 30mm Thickness 1.0–3.5 mm (Different thicknesses can be achieved by customizing the corresponding straightening mechanism.)
⑵. Cutting length: 300~900mm ；
⑶. Feeding speed: 2 root /3s ； ( L = 500 mm ) ；
⑷. Cutting length accuracy: ≤ ± 0.5mm；
