I. Purpose of the Equipment:
The automotive air-conditioning parallel-flow condenser is manufactured by processing zinc-aluminum flat-tube coil material through steps including leveling, straightening, necking, cutting, breaking, and collecting, to automatically produce straight sections of uniform dimensions.
II. Main Technical Parameters of the Equipment:
⑴. Applicable materials: w12–30mm thickness, 1.0–3mm;
⑵. Applicable coil material: maximum outer diameter Φ1300mm; inner diameter Φ400–550mm
⑶. Feed length: 200–1000 mm per feed; if cutting long pipes is required, the process can be switched to a method of multiple feeds followed by a single cut.
⑷. Feeding speed: 80- 100 Root /min; (L=500mm);
⑸. Cutting length accuracy: < ±0.50 mm; (L = 500 mm);
⑹. Precision of the flattened tube cross-section after straightening: Thickness tolerance within ±0.02 mm; width tolerance within ±0.04 mm.
⑺. Precision of the entire flat tube after straightening: Longitudinal bending tolerance is 0.4 mm/800 mm; lateral bending tolerance is 0.8 mm/800 mm.
