Product Description
This assembly machine features a vertical operating configuration and is primarily used for assembling flat tubes, fins, and main plates of two- to five-layer tubular water tank cores. The arrangement of flat tubes, core clamping, and pressing of the main plates are all performed automatically by the equipment. Specifically, the arrangement of flat tubes is achieved through a pneumatically driven tube-arranging system developed in-house by our company, while core clamping and main-plate pressing are controlled by servo motors. The arrangement and installation of fins, however, are carried out manually using dedicated fixtures. By automating the arrangement of flat tubes, the machine significantly reduces the physical labor intensity for operators.
