I. Overview
Straight pipe automatic hairpin type pipe bending machine is a special equipment for bending U-shaped pipes in the heat exchanger production line. The machine makes the process of bending the fixed-length copper pipe into a U-shaped tube all become automated, easy to operate and advanced in structure.
Main features of straight pipe automatic pipe bending machine:
1. The equipment has two operation methods of automatic control and manual control, and the electronic control adopts imported PC control, and the workers operate safely and reliably.
2. Each working cycle can bend five U-shaped tubes at the same time.
3. The U-shaped tube is bent and formed by the upper and lower molds, so the product quality is stable.
