1. Uses
The flaring machine is a special assembly equipment for flaring both ends of the aluminum tube in the exchanger in the production line of automobile water tank to form a sealed structure with the end plate. The machine has a high degree of automation and easy operation.
Main features of flaring machine:
1. The equipment has two operation methods: semi-automatic control and manual control. It is convenient for workers to operate, and it is safe and reliable.
2. The nozzles on both sides of the exchanger are expanded at one time.
3. The shape and size of the flaring is controlled by the flaring mouth (mold), so the product is reliably sealed.
