I. Uses
This machine is used for flanging and interlocking the plastic water chamber with the side panel of an automotive radiator, ensuring that the plastic water chamber is tightly sealed to the side panel via a sealing gasket, thereby creating a closed space.
There is a pneumatic pre-tightening device that securely presses the water chamber before flanging.
The primary motion of the flanging process is driven by the up-and-down movement of the cylinder, which in turn actuates the pressure plate. The operation can be performed in a continuous cycle, and the operator is responsible for loading and unloading the workpieces.
The pressure of the oil cylinder is adjustable, allowing you to modify the flanging pressure. Since the flanging action is driven by hydraulics, it ensures the best sealing and clamping effect after flanging.
This machine consists of a long-edge pressing machine (main unit) and a short-edge pressing machine (auxiliary unit), which perform pressing operations on the long and short edges of the motherboard, respectively, one workpiece at a time. The long edge is pressed first, followed by the short edge.
Hydraulic drive, equipped with a variable displacement pump and adjustable pressure, suitable for flanging mainboards made of various materials.
The electronic control system uses PLC control, featuring a compact size and convenient operation.
