Overview:
After the layered evaporator core of an automotive air conditioner has been welded, this testing station performs a differential-pressure internal resistance measurement. The measured internal resistance is compared with the standard internal resistance to determine whether the internal welding of the core is normal and whether the flow of the medium through the core channels meets the design requirements.
