Product Description

This test bench is suitable for pressure cycling tests on components such as oil coolers, condensers, intercoolers, radiators, and automotive air-conditioning heater cores, serving as a reliability test bench to evaluate their pressure-life performance.

The test pressure, test temperature, number of test cycles, and other parameters can be controlled. Abnormal conditions can be handled automatically, and a test report can be printed upon completion of the test.

For the entire control system, we adopt an industrial control computer plus a secondary control instrument system and sensor-switch control mode. All digital signals are monitored for closure, and logical relationships are employed to ensure the system’s safety and reliability. The system is capable of recording faults and features an automatic system-locking logic, thereby guaranteeing safe operation even when no personnel are on duty.
