The aluminum water tank and condenser equipped with fixtures (hereinafter referred to as the workpiece) are manually laid horizontally at the entrance.
The workpiece is automatically fed into the flux-spraying device via a conveyor belt. After being sprayed with flux and having excess flux and moisture removed by air blow-off, the workpiece is sent to both sides of the main board for a second flux spray. Following a final blow-down with compressed air, the workpiece is then automatically soldered in the heating furnace. Once soldering is complete, the workpiece is cooled down to the exit of the soldering furnace and manually removed.
