The fully automatic coil-to-rod copper tube cutting machine is a specialized piece of equipment used to straighten and cut coiled purple copper tubes into standardized, straight lengths. This machine automates the entire process of cutting purple copper tubes from coils into standardized, straight lengths.

1. This equipment features two operation modes: fully automatic control and manual control. The electrical control system is entirely managed by an imported PC, ensuring safe and reliable operation for workers.
2. This equipment uses chip-free cutting, significantly saving copper tubing.
I. Equipment Specifications and Parameters
1. Number of roots cut at one time: 1–4 roots
2. Cutting length: Continuously adjustable from 70 to 3,500 mm
3. Outer diameter of copper tubing to be cut: Φ6.35–Φ20; any specification within the two ranges of Φ2–Φ6 mm can be determined by the user.
4. Total power: 1.5 kW (of which the cutting motor power is K = 0.75 kW; the power per valve is: 5.6 kW during startup and 3.4 kW during continuous operation).
