1. Uses
This machine is used for flange bite between the plastic water chamber and the side plate of the automobile water tank, so that the plastic water chamber is well sealed with the side plate through the sealing gasket to form a confined space.
There is a pneumatic pre-compression device to press the water chamber firmly before flanging.
The main movement of the flange is the cylinder up and down to drive the pressure plate action, the operation can be cycled, and the operator is responsible for loading and unloading the workpiece.
The pressure of the cylinder can be adjusted to change the pressure of the flange. Due to the hydraulic pressure to realize the flanging action, the sealing and pressing effect after flanging is the best.
This machine is divided into long side pressing machine (main machine) and short side pressing machine (auxiliary machine), respectively pressing the long side and short side of the motherboard, each time pressing one workpiece. Press the long side first, then the short side.
Hydraulically driven, using variable displacement pump, adjustable pressure, suitable for various materials of motherboard flanging.
The electronic control system adopts PLC control, which is small in size and convenient to operate.
