I. Overview
The all-aluminum tank expansion machine is equipment used in the production of all-aluminum radiators to expand and join aluminum tubes with aluminum fins. This process follows the fin-piercing step and fully automates the expansion and joining of aluminum tubes and fins, ensuring a safe, fast, and reliable operation. It fills a gap in the domestic market for expansion machines used in aluminum radiators.
II. Characteristics
1. The all-aluminum tank expansion machine features two operation modes: automatic control and manual control. The electrical control system uses a PC (Programmable Controller) imported from Japan to manage the entire expansion process, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
2. Workpiece handling is performed manually.
3. Each work cycle can weld one aluminum water tank.
4. While the joint is being heated, lubrication is performed inside the aluminum tube.
