I. Purpose of the Equipment:
This equipment is a specialized machine used for flanging the side panels of water tanks. Flanging the side panels is a process carried out during water tank assembly, performed after tube expansion and before installing the end plates.
II. Structural Features and Working Principle of the Equipment:
The device is a four-column press with a welded structure. The upper and lower dies are mounted respectively on a sliding crossbeam and a slide-out worktable. The flanging of the side panels is performed by large-diameter (Φ) components positioned on the upper fixed crossbeam. 250mm ) The hydraulic cylinder is complete. The workpiece is pressed into the working position and slides out to the loading/unloading position via a diameter of Φ. 63mm The oil cylinder is complete.
The hydraulic station is located on the rear side of the main unit.
During operation, the operator manually places the workpiece into the positioning device on the working slide table. After pressing the operation button, the slide table moves the workpiece to the working surface, where the main hydraulic cylinder then presses down to perform the side-flanging operation. Once the side-flanging is complete, the slide table transports the workpiece to the loading and unloading position, where the operator manually removes the workpiece. This completes one working cycle.
