Product Description
(1) Purpose: This equipment is used for the assembly of parallel-flow condenser cores. The equipment automatically receives fin strips rolled by the fin machine and then automatically arranges aluminum flat tubes and fin strips. Operators manually install the liquid collection tubes. All operations are driven by pneumatic cylinders, ensuring precise movements, high reliability, and easy adjustment. By automating the arrangement of fins and flat tubes, this equipment not only boosts efficiency but also significantly reduces the physical workload of operators.
(2) Adaptation to Workpiece Size Range: (The following parameters are based on those provided by the user or specified in the drawings.)
1. Center distance range of the manifold: 400–800 mm
2. Fin width: 16 mm
3. Fin wave height: 5.4 mm
4. Number of flat tubes: max 70 tubes
5. Flat tube width: 16 mm
6. Flat tube thickness: 1.0 mm
7. Flat tube spacing: 6.4 mm
8. Height range between the upper and lower guard plates in the core: 260mm–630mm
9. Distance between the fin end and the header: 4 mm
10. The core length error shall be controlled within ±1 mm; the diagonal length error of the assembled core shall not exceed 1.5 mm.
