The zinc-sprayed aluminum flat pipe coil for the parallel flow condenser of automobile air conditioning is automatically lowered into a straight material of the same size through the steps of leveling, straightening, shrinking, cutting, pulling and collecting.
Second, the main technical parameters of the equipment:
(1) Applicable materials: W12~30mm thickness 1.0~3mm;
(2) Applicable coil: max outer diameter Φ1300mm; Inner diameter Φ400~550mm
(3) Cutting length: 200~1000mm/one feeding; If you need to cut long tubes, you can convert them to the method of cutting off once with multiple feeds
(4) Cutting speed: 80-100 pieces / min; （L=500mm）；
(5) Cutting length accuracy: <±0.50mm; （L=500mm）；
(6) Straightening of flat pipe section accuracy: thickness tolerance within ±0.02mm; The width tolerance is within ±0.04mm;
(7) The accuracy of the whole flat tube after straightening: the longitudinal bending tolerance is 0.4mm/800mm; Transverse bending tolerance is 0.8mm/800mm;
