The zinc-sprayed aluminum flat tube coil for automobile air conditioning parallel flow condenser and household microchannel heat exchanger is automatically lowered into a straight material of the same size by leveling, straightening, shrinking, cutting, pulling, collecting and other stations.

(1) Applicable materials: width (12~40)mm thickness (1.0~3)mm;
(2) Applicable coil: outer diameter φ (1000~1300)mm; Inner diameter φ(450~550)mm
(3) Cutting length: (150~4000)mm
(4) Cutting speed: > 140 pieces / min; （L=500mm）；
(5) Cutting length accuracy: <±0.1mm; （L=500mm）；
(6) Straightening of flat pipe section accuracy: thickness tolerance within ±0.02mm; The width tolerance is within ±0.02mm;
(7) The accuracy of the whole flat tube after straightening: the longitudinal bending tolerance is 0.4mm/800mm; Transverse bending tolerance is 0.3mm/800mm;
