The aluminum water tank and condenser (hereinafter referred to as the workpiece) equipped with the fixture are manually placed horizontally at the entrance.
The workpiece is automatically sent to the flux spraying device through the conveyor belt, and after the flux spraying, the air blows off the excess flux and moisture, and then sends it to the main board on both sides for secondary spraying, and after the compressed air sprays the main board, it is automatically brazing in the heating furnace. After brazing, the workpiece is cooled to the outlet of the brazing furnace and removed manually.
