First, the use of equipment:
This equipment is a special equipment for flanging the side panel of the water tank. Side flanging is a process in tank assembly, which is carried out after the expansion of the tube and before the end plate is installed.
Second, the structural characteristics and working principle of the equipment:
The equipment is in the form of a four-column press with welded structure. The upper and lower molds are mounted on sliding beams and slide-out tables, respectively. The side plate flanging is done by a large diameter (Φ250mm) hydraulic cylinder placed on the upper fixed beam. The press-fitting workpiece slides into the working position and slides out to the loading and unloading working position by a diameter Φ63mm cylinder.
The hydraulic station is located behind the main engine.
When working, the workpiece is manually put into the positioning device of the working slide, and the operation button is pressed, and after the workpiece is sent to the working surface, the main oil cylinder is pressed down to carry out the side plate flanging work. After the side plate flanging is completed, the slide table sends the workpiece to the loading and unloading position and manually unloads the workpiece. This completes a work cycle.
