Core Building of Radiator (Heater)
Field of application
It is special equipment for core building of the aluminum radiator (heater)
Main Characteristics:
The equipment adopts hydraulic, pneumatic and motor-ballscrew combined driving system. The motor-ballscrew drive is frequency control to make components rapid feeding, normal feeding, unloading as well as rapid withdraw. The hydraulic drive speed and pressure is adjustable. The whole unit works stably and relibly with both manual and automatic operation. Rapid replacing tools and clamps makes it suitable for manufacturing various sizes of radiators. The equipment arrange automatically radiator tube and clamp the tube with fin to be arranged manually. Then load the headers of two sides and expand the end of radiator tube simultanuously.

Semi-auto core building for radiator
Field of application
The equipment is used to build radiator core. The header, bracket, radiator tube and fin to be assembled are assembled and pressed. Then fix them inside the soldering clamps.
Main Characteristics:
The operation such as arranging radiator tubes, fins and auto pressing header shall be finished within one cycle. It is simple and easy to change components. Domino type tube arragement make it rapid and accurate. The control is hydraulic one that make the operation stable and reliable.

Radiator Tank Clinching Machine

Field of application
It is used to clinch the header and plastic tank to be a well sealed space.
Main Characteristics:
It is equipped with pneumatic pressing unit for pressing tightly first before clinching.
Long side presser (main equipment) and short side presser ( auxiliary unit) are avaible for pressing the length and width of the main board separately. One piece is pressed for one time. Press first the long side, then the short side.
Using variable displacement pump with pressure adjustable.

Radiator Tank Clinching Machine(step type)

Field of application
It is used to clinch the header and plastic tank to be a well sealed space.
Main Characteristics:
Touch screen and PLC system are adopted for displaying and setting equipment working status and store parameter for various sizes headers. Servo motor shall be adopted to drive ballscrew in order drive and control the pressing mechanism to press different products according to programmes. The presser that could move forward and avoid is suitable for processing multi types headers.

Middle-cooler Core Building Machine
