Field of application
It is specially designed for degreasing, chemosynthesising and hydrophilic treating the evaporator core surface for automobile air conditioner.
Main Characteristics:
Except the loading and unloading of components, all other control and operation are automatic. The conveying for the treated components is divided into two auto complete systems in which the ground one shall be loaded in the basket and conveyed automatically by conveying chain, the upper one shall be transfered and washed through shaking by mechanical hand to form one closed production chain separately according to progress flow.

Semi auto bender for serpentine heat exchanger

It is special equipment for bending serpentine tube for heat exchanger.
Main Characteristics:
Both semi-auto and manual operation are available for safe and reliable operation. The PC for control part and pneumatic elements are imported from Japan and stroke switches are Japanese OMRON. The bending length is adjustable with high position accuracy. The dies are processed with Cr12MoV high quality material through high accuracy treating and processing. High speed, easy operation and fine leveling is its characteristics.
