Fin Collector
Field of application
It is fitted with fin former that is used for collecting auto- matically the rolled fin and store them in a special pallet to be packed for core building. In this way the core building could finish the packing of all fin in one time that improve the efficiency obviously.

PF- Condenser header cover presser
Field of application
It is used to press the covers to two header f assembled PF-condenser heade.
The 4 pressing blocks could suck air for pressing the covers tightly (imported vacuum pump) Pressure indicating with scope should be adjustable.

Field of application
The mould is composed of evaporator plates pressing die, inlet/outlet tube punching die, side plate punching die as well as cover board punching die for punching the above components separately.

Vertical core building machine for evaporator
Field of application
It is a special equipment for core building of evaporator for automobile airconditioner.
Main Characteristics:
One workpiece shall be clamped for each cycle. Front door is available to avoid core from protruding during building so that the component quality is guaranteed, as well the safety of operator. The structure of the equipment is simple and operation is easy. The electric control system, sensors as well as executing elements are all imported from Japan. And pneumatic control driving is adopted for the equipment.
