PF- Condenser Building Machine（Automation)
Field of application
It is special equipment for core building of PF-condenser.
Main Characteristics:
The machine adopts hydraulic, pneumatic and motor-ballscrew combined driving system. The motor-ballscrew drive is frequency control to achieve components rapid feeding, normal feeding, unloading as well as rapid withdraw. The hydraulic drive speed and pressure is adjustable. The whole unit works stably and reliability with both manual and automatic operation. Rapid replacing tools and clamps makes it suitable for manufacturing various sizes of condenser.

Main Characteristics:
The manual tube distributing system solely designed by our company could finish the auto distributing of aluminum tube rapidly. Compared with the automation type core building, the price decreases obviously due to disannulling the complicated auto distributing system and increases the distributing speed simultaneously.

Core building for condenser (A、B)
Field of application
It is special equipment for core building of PF-condenser and aluminum radiator.
Main Characteristics:
The combination of A and B type equipment is applied to build the core in two steps in which the A equipment distributs rapidly the multi-orifice tubes and fin, then load it onto the B equipment to press tightly and fix the Collector Tube automatically. Finally fix the clamps to finish the assembly.
Two equipment work togather with rapid speed and high reliability.
They are suitable for various sizes by simply changing components.

Manual push-pull distributing the multi-orifice tube is adopted.
