Controlled atmosphere brazing(CAB) furnace
Field of application:
Controlled atmosphere brazing of aluminum(CAB),using a noncorrosive flux,is the preferred process for manufactruring aluminum heat exchangers.
The line is a continuous soldering line that is composed of continuous flux spraying unit, drying oven, heating oven, cooling unit, electrical control system, nitrogen supplying, water supplying as well as exhausting system.
Main Characteristics:
•The whole process from flux churning up, spraying, components drying, soldering to cooling is a continuous automa- tic one that guarantees the production in large quantity in one way and on the other hand saves the production cost at same;
•Data such as drying temperature, soldering speed, soldering temperature, temperature rise speed, nitrogen flow, pressure as well as relatives with soldering quality shall be input into the program after confirming so that automatic control is achieved which guarantee the stability of the components.
•Key elements shall be purchased globally to safeguard the reliability.
• The muffle for heating oven adopts imported stainless steel (SUS316L) with a thickness of 8mm.
•Auto temperature control technology is adopted with a controlling precision of ±3℃.
•Advanced nitrogen shielding technology guarantees enough N2 shield inside furnace during working and less N2 consumption.
Main Technical Parameters
• The equipment is suitable for soldering PF-condenser, Plate and Fin evaporator, aluminum Radiator as well as aluminum Heater for automobile heat exchanger.
•The Muffle of the furnace could be designed from 7m to 12 m according to different components size. And relative units shall be adjusted accordingly.
